Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Communications & Graphic Design Coordinator to create visually compelling graphics, develop and implement communications strategies, and support a wide range of internal and external communications. This role supports project management, executive communications, and marketing efforts while designing impactful visual materials, including professional PowerPoint presentations, digital and print graphics, and other communication assets. The ideal candidate is skilled in design (including advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign), can communicate ideas, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
- Support internal and external communications, including presentations, outreach materials, and executive documents.
- Design and produce digital and print graphics, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Create and edit professional PowerPoint presentations and visual assets for client and executive use.
- Manage administrative tasks including, electronic filing, data entry, project schedules, and contact databases.
- Assist with proposals, community outreach initiatives, and related administrative tasks.
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in communications, marketing, graphic design, or related fields.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in design, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to travel locally within the tri-state area and work onsite when required.
