The Account Executive will provide project-routing support for assigned jobs across clients/brands and liaise with shared services with proactive two-way communication. Acts as a champion for projects assigned to ensure that agency execution stays on track and meets agency/client process guidelines.
- Manage daily tactics within routing system, updating timelines and tasks.
- Support set up of new projects, creating background folders, contracting with creatives, and generating meta data in routing system.
- Stay informed of each assigned job’s current status and confirm that tasks are accomplished, or that concerns/issues are addressed or elevated to the broader account team.
- Assist with finance trackers.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of the agency process, workflow and guidance.
- Work to acquire a deeper knowledge of assigned brand(s), the healthcare industry, and client/internal process.
- Schedule and prepares for and engages in team meetings
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly, easily make connections among previously unrelated ideas and enjoy the challenge of unfamiliar tasks.
- Detail-oriented and efficiency-driven with the ability to prioritize (and reprioritize with changing situations) multiple projects simultaneously
- High level of comfort working in a virtual-based model
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of pharmaceutical advertising experience
