What You’ll Do :
- Grow Galatea’s target audiences through paid media channels
- Plan, execute, analyze, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across performance UA channels
- Own the strategy for your channels, demonstrating expertise in managing large budgets and media planning
- Focus on new channel expansion such as but not limited to tiktok, pinterest, influencer marketing, CTV, and podcast
- Monitor and communicate critical performance indicators through regular, insightful reporting
- Establish and maintain robust data infrastructure and dashboards setup with Business Intelligence, ensuring a comprehensive understanding and utilization of the full conversion funnel for ongoing optimizations
- Assess and refine tracking and attribution systems to enhance reporting accuracy and reliability
- As part of your role, you will be a trusted and professional advisor to all relevant stakeholders (i.e. for Product, Data, Engineering, Content)
- Keep up with industry trends and new UA opportunities beyond existing channels

The annual base salary range for this position is $60,000—$320,000 USD. Compensation will be determined by skill level, proficiencies, and experience.
