Key Responsibilities
- Greet every patient with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm.
- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently.
- Help patients move forward with recommended care.
- Collect payments and review financial responsibilities with patients.
- Schedule appointments accurately and strategically to support office flow.
- Communicate clearly with the clinical team and front office team.

Requirements
- 2 years of front office experience in a dental, medical, or customer-facing sales environment.
- Experience with treatment presentation, scheduling, and patient communication.
- Familiarity with TECHNOLOGY is a MUST.
- Available to work full-time including occasional Saturdays.
