Inner Quality Services in Stonewall, LA is looking for one field nurse to join our 91 person strong team. We are located on 1318 Hwy 171. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Take and record patients vital signs
- Assist in personal care as needed
- Ensure health and safety guidelines are met
- Conducting monthly nursing in home visits
Qualifications
MUST HAVE STATE LICENSURE IN LOUISIANA RN OR LPN
- At least 3 years experience working in nursing field
- Familiarity working with nursing equipment
- High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- Certifications and licenses that apply
- PRN/CONTRACTOR
- Must be flexible
