Are you ready to join a private practice? We are looking to expand our association of independent practitioners and provide you a wide range of professional support services.
Inner Wellness Counseling (IWC) is a private practice that serves children, adolescents, and adults that provides play therapy, parent coaching, and individual counseling for a diverse population. IWC is looking for compassionate, competent, and motivated mental health counselors to join our association who are interested in providing individual and group counseling for adults and youth across varied mental health challenges. Prospective clinicians may specialize in adults, children, and or couples work.
Your caseload will be flexible to address a high demand for mental health counseling.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Associate/full licensure in Washington State as LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW
- Residing in WA State
- 2 or more years of experience with mental health counseling, diagnosis, and intake assessments
- Excellent documentation skills, time management, and flexibility
- Competence in working with diverse populations
- Engaged in continuing education and open to learning new skills
- Professional liability insurance
Preferred Qualifications: (one or more)
- Experience and training in play therapy and child therapy
- Experience working with couples and families
- Dually qualified in substance abuse counseling
