What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Adolescent & Family Therapist position at InnerSourced Solutions?
InnerSourced Solutions has an immediate opening for a part-time therapist to provide individual and family sessions for children and adolescents (ages 8-17 years old) and their families. This is a contract, part-time position with full-time potential. Part-time positions require a minimum of 10 billable hours per week of direct client contact each week. Full-time positions require a minimum of 25 billable hours or direct client contact per week. There is also a possibility for this to be a full-time, W-2 position after building a full caseload. Must be available for all in person or remote clinical supervision or consultation. Applicants must be available for sessions between 3pm and 6pm to be conducted in the school, clients home or community.

Your Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments with clients according to program standards
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
- Provide weekly individual and/or family sessions to clients using various therapeutic modalities
- Provide complete and timely documentation to support services rendered in our HIPAA-compliant, cloud-based EMR system.
- Effectively communicate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams in a timely and respectful manner
- Uphold with high regard, the confidentiality of clients and follow all HIPPA guidelines
- Strict adherence to COMAR and CARF standards both in practice and in documentation
Requirements:
- Master's in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy) or Doctorate in Psychology
- Active License in the State of Maryland as a LMSW, LSCW-C, LGPC, LPC, LCMFT, LGMFT
- Must complete CAQH application or provide pdf of CAQH profile data
- Must possess or obtain Malpractice Insurance
- Must possess or obtain certification in First Aid and CPR.
- Must pass background checks
- Possess an active Maryland driver’s license & reliable personal vehicle

Experience: Minimum of 2-year of verifiable PAID EXPERIENCE diagnosing and treating mental illness with children and adolescents.
Compensation: Based on licensure level and RELEVANT paid mental health counseling / psychotherapy experience with children and adolescents.
