Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Marketing Cloud solutions to drive customer engagement and improve campaign effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end Marketing Cloud solutions including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Mobile Studio.
- Create and manage dynamic email campaigns using AMPscript and personalization tools.
- Develop data-driven marketing strategies using audience segmentation and analytics.
- Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and other third-party platforms.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Ensure platform best practices, compliance, and data privacy standards are maintained.
- Provide training, documentation, and support for end-users and marketing teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Contact Builder.
- Proficient in AMPscript, HTML/CSS, and SQL.
- Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and problem-solving skills.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification(s) is a plus.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Datorama, Interaction Studio, or Customer Data Platform (CDP).
- Knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email compliance regulations.
- Experience working with US-based clients or in an agency/consulting environment.
