Description
- Ability to accurately count and separate products
- Ability to communicate information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to operate an IPad and computer to RF scanner
- Able to work independently and as a team player within a fast-paced environment
- Adheres to loss prevention control and compliance procedures
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Prolonged standing with occasional walking
- Low level positions: squatting, kneeling, crouching
- Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs on occasion
- Must be able to custom pack product with supplied materials when standard packages does not work
- Must be able to utilize razor knives, tape measure, tape dispensers
- Fosters a proactive, participative, cooperative work environment that has a customer-first attitude
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Overtime and Weekends required
- Organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Exceptional attention to detail and good follow-up skills
- Willingness to work as team member or independently
- Able to continuously stand, stoop, and bend
- Proficient in basic math calculation
- Follow verbal and written instructions
- Learn and demonstrate basic PC skills reporting production
- Must have good vision including ability to review color
- Read and follow work orders and production schedules
- Able to work with management to achieve company goals
- Accept direction from supervisors, management and peers to improve quality and performance
- Work together with peers and other departments to improve quality and performance
- Lift 40 lbs
- Communicate professionally (verbal and interpersonal) with all levels of management and non-management personnel
