As a Gen AI Engineer, You Will
- Design, develop, and optimize GenAI-powered applications and agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and ADK.
- Build and enhance LLM-based workflows, tools, and automation pipelines, ensuring high accuracy, reliability, and efficiency.
- Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques to improve model outputs, reduce hallucinations, and optimize system behavior.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain GenAI agents capable of task orchestration, memory handling, retrieval, and tool execution.
- Integrate GenAI systems with enterprise platforms using MCP (Model Context Protocol) and A2A (Agent-to-Agent) communication models.

- Ability to design, test, and refine prompts to optimize LLM responses for accuracy, relevance, and consistency.

- Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and A2A (Agent-to-Agent communication) for integrating and coordinating AI systems.
- Strong understanding of building, deploying, and maintaining GenAI agents for automation and intelligent decision-making.
