Position Summary:
Reports to VP of Professional Services and is responsible for customer solution implementation, design, and support.
- Work on teams and independently.
- Integrate quickly the Innovative Discovery established methodologies, standards, and processes for implementation.
- Quickly build relationships of trust and results with peers, our clients and the Innovative Discovery management team.
- Coordinate internal and external tasks to meet assigned deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for consistently meeting assigned tasks and associated deadlines.
- Willingness to travel up to 75%.
- Adherence to consulting methodologies and use of enterprise tools and templates.
- Travel to customer sites as required for assigned tasks.
- Writing of project related documentation consistent with Innovative Discovery’s professional and high-quality standards.
- A willingness to improve your knowledge of Innovative Discovery’s solutions, new products, implementation strategies and tactics.
- Conduct yourself in an ethical manner with respect and appreciation for your team-members and clients.
- Plan and successfully execute assigned tasks.
- Timely hours and expense reporting.
