What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Service Representative - 1099/Contractor position at Innovative Health LLC?
The Account Service Representative (ASR) primary responsibilities are to collect Innovative Health containers in the Electrophysiology Cath lab and call on several departments within the hospital (EP and Cath Labs) where the used medical devices are disposed of in specially marked containers.
The ASR follows a daily schedule of service calls to each hospital in your assigned market. You are part of a team that provides agreed services to hospitals in this specific territory.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Specific duties include:
PICK UP containers full of used/soiled surgical devices from each hospital in their assigned market.
PACKAGE the containers (box them up, tape, label).
SHIP those containers directly from the hospital to Innovative Health's reprocessing facilities.
This is a physically demanding position and you must be able to lift and push boxes that weigh up to 20lbs.
Ability to gather information from multiple sources and effectively communicate the information to others (within the hospital and other team members).

Education, Qualifications and Skills:
1-2 years B2B experience preferred.
The ideal candidate will have the desire and aptitude to advance to an Account Manager role within 1-3 years.
Experience working in a hospital environment is preferred.
Computer literate.
Demonstrate professional verbal and written communication skills.
You must be able to work alone with no supervision.
Physically able to lift up to 20 pounds on a daily basis.
Clean driving record.
Valid drivers' license and auto insurance.
Use of your personal vehicle (drive 80-100 miles/day depending on market).
