Key Responsibilities
- Program and set up CNC lathes and mills according to job specifications
- Load, align, and operate machines per work order instructions
- Install and adjust chucks, tools, attachments, and fixturing
- Prepare tooling and perform machine changeovers
- Interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances
- Use and interpret measuring equipment with a high degree of accuracy
- Maintain part specifications through regular observation and measurement
- Consistently produce accurate, high-quality components
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Travel for on-site installation or service work as required by management
- Attend mandatory meetings at designated locations
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
- Professional, dependable, and positive attitude
- Strong background in milling and machining
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Keen attention to detail and quality control
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Skilled in setting priorities and managing daily workload
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Two-year technical degree in Machine Tool Technology preferred
- Equivalent experience in CNC machining will be considered

- Regular standing, with work performed from waist to shoulder height

- Skilled in using precision measurement tools:
- Occasional use of basic hand tools
