Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience (Aligned to Levels):

Scheduler:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Nuclear Engineering, or Nuclear Technology, with 5 years of experience in nuclear power generation.
• OR Associate’s degree with 7 years of experience.
• OR High school diploma/GED with 9 years of experience.

Senior Scheduler:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Nuclear Engineering, or Nuclear Technology, with 8 years of experience in nuclear power generation.
• OR Associate’s degree with 10 years of experience.
• OR High school diploma/GED with 12 years of experience.

Desired Education and Experience:

• PMP Certification (strongly preferred for Senior Scheduler).
• Reactor Operator (RO) license or Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) certification.
• Advanced knowledge of scheduling tools, including Primavera 106 Training Certification or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with Passport, Crystal Reports, and risk management software.

Required Abilities and Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of Primavera scheduling software and database analysis tools.
• Ability to develop integrated plant schedules, resolving complex scheduling conflicts.
• Experience with risk management tools and their application in nuclear project schedules.
• Strong communication skills to present technical information clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Proven leadership skills to guide schedule development and coordinate resources effectively.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $52.00 - $79.00 per hour
