Our Family business is looking for help in the office answering phones and scheduling work. We’re looking for someone who is energetic, professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Are you experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks and are able to work independently with little or no supervision? Are you are well organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people?
Responsibilities & Qualifications: Greater detail will be discussed during an interview, but our main objective is to have you proficient in customer service. Answering phones and greeting customers that stop into our office. You’ll be managing the schedule and checking our technicians in and out during the day.
Looking for someone to proficient in:
- Answering phones
- Booking appointments
- Billing/taking payments
- MS Excel and word
- Generating reports from weekly data
Starting pay $17/ hour spiffs!
