Innovative Staff Solutions is hiring for a Flex position as a Customer Service Representative in Decatur, IL. The ideal candidate will be able to commit to work either 24 hours over the weekend or 40 hours including the weekend and Monday/Tuesday each week depending on their needs and lifestyle while providing our client with superior customer service in a warehouse environment.
Job Details: Customer Service Representative
- $19.00/hour
- 2nd shift (Sat & Sun) 6pm-6am OR
- 2nd shift (Sat & Sun) 6pm-6am and (Mon-Tues) 2pm-10pm
- Temp to Hire after 120 days
Job Responsibility: Customer Service Representative
- Assisting customers and business partners over the phone and email
- Processing orders, receipts and inventory updates in a Warehouse Management System
- Handling customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
- Diagnose, assess and resolve problems or issues
- Monitoring progress of delivery routes
- Processing changes or cancellations to delivery orders
Job Qualifications: Customer Service Representative
- Previous customer service experience
- Must be customer service oriented
- Experienced with WMS and MS Office skills
- Excellent phone and email communication skills are essential
- Ability to prioritize and balance completion of tasks; be self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, willingness and eagerness to learn new skills
