Position Details:
- Operate molding/casting machines.
- Monitor equipment to ensure processes are running correctly.
- Maintain high productivity levels.
- Performs die repairs.
- Assist in die and sleeve changes.
- Accurate and timely record keeping.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 2nd Shift: 3:00pm – 11:00pm.
- Monday – Friday with the possibility for mandatory overtime.
- 3rd Shift: 11:00pm – 7:00am.
- Sunday – Thursday.
Requirements:
- Must be able to read, speak, and understand English.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Light industrial experience is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours or longer.
- Ability to push and pull up to 40lbs.
- Must be open to working mandatory overtime as needed.
- Must maintain a clean workstation.
- Can earn up to top end rate upon full time hire.
