Salary Range: $25.00 - $40.00 Hourly
Travel Percentage: Up to 25%
Description
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Provide cost control expertise for the project.
- Leverage necessary project controls requirements from contractors being used.
- Coordinate and issue necessary project reports, including progress cost
- At the direction of the Project Manager, manage diverse project services; such as facilities procurement and maintenance, temporary administrative support, administer commercial agreements for temporary employees required for the project.
- Ensure any necessary tax and other regulatory costs are administered and maintained for the project.
- Coordinate and administer invoice verification and payment for the project.
- Coordinate procurement and contract support.
- Coordinate necessary project document and filing systems.
Qualifications
SAP/Primavera experience is preferred
- Turnaround experience on major oil/gas, power and petrochemical capital projects preferred
- Strong PC skills with MS office products including use of Excel pivot tables
- Ability to work within a diverse cultural environment
- Demonstrated interpersonal/teambuilding skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Business or Marketing degree preferred
- Able to travel up to 10%
