Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to projects focused on applying AI/ML, especially Generative AI, to solve business problems.
- Drive the conversion of manual code/scripts into natural language using LLMs and NLP techniques.
- Design and implement AI/ML-based solutions, including model development, training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Develop robust data pipelines and support data engineering tasks like SQL scripting, data modeling, indexing, and structuring unstructured data.
- Translate complex AI concepts into human-readable formats for stakeholder communication and solution presentation.
- Work with prompt engineering techniques and API integrations to enhance LLM performance and usability.
- Integrate AI/ML solutions with various cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and internal tools.
- Participate in quarterly onsite planning sessions; travel expenses reimbursed per policy.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 6 years of experience in Data Science, with 2-3 years of hands-on AI/ML and NLP experience.
- Strong background in Generative AI, LLMs (e.g., GPT), and prompt engineering.
- Proficient in Python scripting, SQL, and working with RDBMS systems.
- Experience with data preparation, transformation, and indexing for AI readiness.
- Proven track record of automating manual processes using AI/ML techniques.
- Experience in solution design across the data science lifecycle.
- Familiarity with AWS tech stack and integrating AI/ML models with cloud platforms.
- Strong analytical and communication skills to translate technical findings into business insights.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks.
- Exposure to Genetic AI algorithms.
