Job Description
Title: Inside Sales Administrator (Temporary Contract)
Reports to: Director of Commercial Operations
Schedule: Onsite in office/ Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4:30PM
Summary: The Inside Sales Administrator position will support the Inside Sales team with customer assignment updates, updating procedures and work instructions to current template using data provided by team, data entry (potentially including RFQ and order entry) and documentation review/quality check on Sales Orders. This work will be performed for the purpose of supporting the sales team and operations with accurate contact information, to improve timeliness of quotes and orders, and to ensure procedures are documented for new associate training.
Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Update ISR and BDM assignments customer records in ERP system
- Communicate completion of updates to ISR team
- Make updates to procedures and work instructions using current templates and information provided by ISRs
- Review newly entered Sales orders to confirm match with Purchase order and attachments
- As needed, assist with RFQ and Sales Order entry in to ERP system
Accountabilities:
- Accountable for completing assigned activities in a timely manner
- Accountable for accuracy of information entered in ERP system
Training/Education/Experience:
- High School diploma
- Completed one years of college, supply chain or business focus preferred
- Proficient using Microsoft office, especially Word
- Experience with data entry in an ERP system preferred
Competencies/Talents/Personal Attributes:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to execute on detailed instructions
- Excellent attention to detail
