Description
Our company is looking for an organized and self-motivated office administrative assistant, based in the Landrum, SC area, who will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office and field personnel. This role will include working closely with our leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining office supply lists.
- Handle mail and small office FedEx shipments.
- Receiving packages.
- Assisting Production Manager and Inventory Manager with Data entry.
- Handling administrative requests and queries from Labor Manager.
- Organizing and scheduling meetings.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
