About this role:
Your role will be responsible for helping manage all operational projects within the rental division of our business. You will coordinate with both internal staff and with our network of trailer partners across the country to ensure successful execution of events. You will manage details by leading, planning, delegating and communicating with internal colleagues, subcontractors, vendors and customers. This job will require up to 10% travel with some occasional weekend work to support events.

Primary responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Lead projects and communicates with customers for each rental project ensuring timelines are met and events are executed successfully
- Schedule and lead virtual meetings & phone calls with rental customers
- Ensure sub-contractors are equipped with all technical details to successfully execute events
- Work in conjunction with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff to the project management team
- Oversee annual rental event calendar and provide weekly and monthly updates to the team
- Continually observe and analyze processes, identifying ways to streamline & make processes more efficient
- Build relationships with third-party partners across the country to ensure relationships are strong and partnerships are mutually beneficial
- Setup onboarding calls with new third-party partners to discuss partnership opportunities and process
- Build out process to “track” third-party partners’ offerings in conjunction with the sales team to optimize offerings to the end client
- Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party partners
- Work in conjunction with the accounting department and sales team to streamline PO process, vendor agreements, and vendor invoice processes
- Be knowledgeable on our MAX Mobile LED trailers, along with the technical aspects and can provide technical support to customers and partners
- Be able to provide on-call tech support for when third-party partners are troubleshooting through issues in real-time at events
- Oversee in-house rental inventory and be able to service and provide on-site tech support for local events
- Work with customers to ensure proper event documentation is received
- Track Certificates of Insurance from third-party partners and ensure process is in place to always have adequate paperwork on-file
- Work with Insurance partner to obtain COI’s from event customers as requested
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience
- 2 years of project management or event management experience in fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic construction, LED, AV is a plus (or the ability to learn quickly)
- Experience managing events and meeting tight deadlines
- Excellent technical and computer skills
- Experience with project management software (Asana, NetSuite, Microsoft Office Suite)
- Mechanically oriented with the ability to make independent decisions
- OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain
- Driver License, clean driving record, ability to obtain DOT medical card, and a passed background screening
- Must be able to lift 50lbs at a time, travel to job sites, and work indoors & outdoors
Compensation:
- $45,000 - $62,000/annually
Travel:
- Up to but not limited to 10%
- Travel by vehicle or flight required
Schedule:
- Full time position – Monday – Friday
- Occasional weekend work to support events
