Salaried, 40 Hours weekly
Position Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative is a vital resource for sales and branches by creating quotes/orders, researching hard-to-find products and occasionally handling request direct from customers. This allows the branches and sales personnel to focus their time and efforts on supporting customer needs and providing quality service.
Department Structure:
The Inside Sales Department is part of the greater Branch Sales Division that provides resources to the direct HVAC sales effort.
Essential Responsibilities:
2 Years experience within the HVAC Industry
HVAC estimating experience a PLUS
Basic Competencies:
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Self-motivated and initiates learning & development
Organized, utilizing processes & structure within day-to-day
Passionate, driven individual
Customer Service Oriented
Excellent interpersonal skills
Basic Job Demands:
Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operational or technical documents. Ability to read and write routine reports & correspondence as well as the ability to speak effectively to customers & employees.
Computer Skills POS/ERP Systems, Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Supporting Branches
- Creating quotes for less-common products and applications
- Provide support to branches when busy
- Provide product information & application support
2 Years experience within the HVAC Industry
