Location: Onsite in Tomah, WI -200 Sime Ave, Tomah, WI 54660

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm

Pay: $25.00 to $28.00 an hour depending on experience

About the role

Develop, maintain, and enhance plant operations planning, reporting analysis, and tracking systems using Microsoft Office, SAP, and manufacturing software tools. Workswith plantpersonneltosolve technical issues andcommunicateand enforceIT standards. Support themanufacturingengineersand managementin defining information technology needs and appropriate software/hardware solutionsfor plant users.

As a Services Technician you will:

• Review, evaluate and implement requests from user departments.
• Analyze systems problems, determineroot-cause, and initiate corrective action.
• Troubleshoot at the physical level of the network, working with network measurement hardware and software, as well as physical checking and testing hardware devices.
• Define end-user needs,and work with others toarchitect/design, implement, test, document, and maintain end-user system(s). Develop clear and concise documentation for instruction manuals.
• Identify end-user training needs and provide appropriate hardware/software solutions.
• Support and maintain plantapplications andinfrastructure systems including desktops, servers, printers, and phone systems.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in computer programming or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimumfouryears of experience with either programming/systems analysis, systems software applications, PC repair, or providing support to users required.
• Experience in Microsoft desktop OS (Windows 8,9,10, etc.),Microsoft O365, datacommunications, operations and personal computers required.
• Ability to solvetechnical issuesand escalate when appropriate.
