What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Tradesman position at Insite Building Services, LLC?
Skilled Tradesman, full-time, with 3 to 5 years’ experience in all aspects of commercial painting and building construction. We offer an opportunity for growth and development, and also offer paid OSHA 10 & 30 certifications.
Requirements:
- Carpenter skills in building construction required
- Painting with various textures and finishes (spray, cut, roll)
- Flooring (VCT, LVT and welding), ACT ceiling grid, and metal framing, is a plus
- Drywall and drywall repair
- Installations, fixture change outs for plumbing and electrical
- Experience Working in Occupied Spaces and/or Hospital/Healthcare Environment is a plus
- Ability to pass level 2 background check and pre-employment drug testing
- Ability and willingness for travel for projects within a 60-mile radius. Mileage and when needed accommodations and per diem paid for overnight jobs.
- Maintain the physical ability to repeatedly reach, bend, lift, pull and push materials up to 60 lbs.
- Perform quality work without direct supervision
- Ability to direct other workers/subcontractors when needed
- Communicates and works well with a team
- Keeps a clean and safe work area
- Have your own tools
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- OSHA certification a plus
