What are the responsibilities and job description for the Compensation Analyst position at Inspire Brands Inc?
This position is accountable for delivering analytical and strategic support for the company’s diverse compensation programs. The incumbent will actively participate in the design, assessment, and execution of the company’s compensation strategies. Additionally, the role will contribute to the management and audit of employee compensation data, as well as various operational tasks for compensation programs and processes. The role will play a critical role in year-end processes, regular processing cycles, and period / monthly HR reporting. Additionally, the position will assist in communicating reward programs.RESPONSIBILITIESCompile and disseminate regular and ad hoc reports and analyses for the compensation teamDevelop metrics and frameworks to enhance the efficacy of compensation programsTrack and report on various pay programs, including bonus and merit; ensure payments are accurate and timelyMaintain accurate employee compensation data in the appropriate systems; perform routine audits on employee compensation dataMaintain accurate system setup for incentive and merit programs; assist in testing enhancementsWork cross-functionally within compensation team to support job analysis and external survey participationConsult with HRBPs on compensation structure, policies, and proceduresMaintain an awareness of external trends and best practicesEDUCATION REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in human resources or related fieldEXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION2 - 4 years of experience in a Human Resources (preferably at least 2 years in compensation role)REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIESStrong analytical skillsDetail oriented – accuracy is of the upmost importanceTechnical knowledge of the various components of compensationStrong database and spreadsheet skills and familiarity with HR systems (Workday experience is preferred)Company experience with multi-state or international businessExposure to the design and operation of merit and incentive programsInspire Brands is a multi-brand restaurant company whose portfolio includes more than 32,000 Arby’s, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin’, Jimmy John’s, and SONIC restaurants worldwide.We’re made up of some of the world’s most iconic restaurant brands, but we’re much more than just a restaurant company.
