Inspire Therapy’s supervising BCBAs provide and/or oversee direct ABA therapy for children and adolescents with Autism and other developmental disorders at our learning center and provide home consultations to families as needed. We are looking for someone who:
- Has a Master's degree and BCBA certification
- Finds joy in making a difference in others' lives
- Can play and have fun with kids and staff at work while maintaining professional boundaries
- Is organized and has excellent time management skills
- Has effective communication skills, both written and verbal (email, phone calls, in person meetings, etc)
- Will train RBTs with accountability, compassion, and effectiveness.
- Is flexible and willing to provide direct coverage when needed
Day to day duties include:
- Provide individualized training and ongoing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Adapt individualized treatment plans (e.g., goals, objectives, and interventions), focused on natural environment and play based teaching.
- Consult and collaborate with the program directors and other clinicians.
- Communicate with client families and providing support through parent coaching sessions.
- Supporting the RBT team through compassionate leadership.
