Your Role / Tu Rol :
As a Preschool Teacher Assistant , you will support the lead teacher in daily activities, classroom management, and ensuring a fun, safe learning experience for our children. You will help create a bilingual environment where both English and Spanish are encouraged to support language development.
Key Responsibilities / Responsabilidades Clave :
- Support Learning & Development : Assist in implementing lesson plans using Creative Curriculum to promote physical, social, and emotional growth.
- Bilingual Communication : Help facilitate activities in both English and Spanish to encourage language skills and cultural awareness.
- Classroom Safety : Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment.
- Assist with Daily Routines : Support meal times, nap times, and transitions throughout the day.
- Build Strong Relationships : Communicate with parents through our Engagement App to share updates on their child’s progress.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with teachers and staff to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
