What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outstanding Mental Health Clinician position at Inspired?
Inspired is looking for you, a new masters level grad from a psychology, social work, or counseling program or a provisionally or independently licensed Mental Health Clinician (LCSW, LICSW or LMHC), that is searching for the place that supports you as a human being, encourages you in your career, and expects you to act with integrity.
We Are Not Like Other Practices; We Will Be Your Favorite Place You've Practiced!
Inspired is a group practice that is committed to providing emotional healing and growth services to our community. We have locations in Hanover and Easton, MA, and we are growing all the time. Our vision is to provide gold-standard mental health services to those looking to improve their emotional regulation, have more connected, fulfilling relationships, and a better quality of life, overall!
We strive to create systems that make a workload sustainable and enjoyable for years to come. We’re in this for the long haul and we want clinicians who are, too.
What Does Sustainability Look Like In Group Practice?
It looks like a Team that cares.
At Inspired, we know you are more than a service provider and more than a number of billable sessions on a screen. We care about you as an individual and we want to make sure you are being cared for as you care for our clients.
To this end, we offer incredible flexibility with your schedule. Our full-time clinicians can accumulate more than 4 weeks of PTO and paid holidays, each year!
We believe that to be sustainable, our Team has to be constantly improving. Because we believe that so strongly, we offer our full support to any clinician who wants to improve, whatever that might mean…
● Ready for additional training? We’ll pay for it.
● Looking to lead? We have room to grow into leadership opportunities.
● Want to do something totally different? Even better! We are always open to listening to our Team members ideas.
It’s Bigger Than Individuals
We also believe in buying into a mission, a vision, and values bigger than one person. We are a team and our goal is to provide excellent clinical services in the state of Massachusetts.
We do this through…
- Effort — We do whatever it takes to meet our goals, that we give 100% when we're at work. This value is really talking about putting in the work so that we do things well and we do things ethically.
- Compassion —We care about our clients, our staff, and our communities. We seek out opportunities to give back.
- Growth — We are always learning. We consistently search for new ways to grow, new skills to learn, new specialties to offer, and really any opportunity to learn or do something we aren’t already doing. We’ve set the bar quite high on the quality of services we offer, and this means ongoing training and sharing of new ideas.
- Camaraderie — We support each other. We support Inspired. We make each other better. We show up. Teamwork is a required skill for this position because even though our locations are in different areas, we are all working toward the same goals.
- Fun — We have serious fun with our team. Working in mental health isn’t always puppies and unicorns. Some days are hard. Some days are really hard. We understand that to be successful we must be able to balance the hard days, and the good days. We provide some really good days in the form of Team activities, get-togethers and any other shenanigans we can get into.
But What About the Money?
We offer our clinicians a great rate and a ton of support. We can honestly promise that we are constantly evaluating our rates and looking for ways to pay our staff more!
Our admin team is generous and fun and here to make sure you have everything you need to provide incredible clinical services.
We have an onboarding and training program that supports you through your first 90 days of employment to make the transition easy.
Throughout your time with us, we will set you up to be a source of empathy and authority in your community through social media and marketing content that you won't find anywhere else.
We can fill any therapist's caseload if they know how to retain a client.
We do things for our Team members that we don't have to do, but we want to, because we care.
Is This the Position For You?
We know this is a lot. Like, a lot a lot. But we believe it is crucial that you know enough about us before you make the decision to apply. Please understand, we are not looking for people who are job hoppers. We're not interested in those seeking a 50 cent a session raise. We are looking for professional clinicians who truly want to feel like part of the Team, like they're a part of something bigger than themselves.
If that is you, then what are you waiting for? Apply now! We can’t wait to meet you!
