We offer our clinicians a great rate and a ton of support. We can honestly promise that we are constantly evaluating our rates and looking for ways to pay our staff more!

Our admin team is generous and fun and here to make sure you have everything you need to provide incredible clinical services.

We have an onboarding and training program that supports you through your first 90 days of employment to make the transition easy.

Throughout your time with us, we will set you up to be a source of empathy and authority in your community through social media and marketing content that you won't find anywhere else.

We can fill any therapist's caseload if they know how to retain a client.

We do things for our Team members that we don't have to do, but we want to, because we care.

$36 - $65 per Hour

General Responsibilities

● Providing exceptional psychotherapy to groups, families, and individuals.

● Timely and accurate documentation.

● Attending appropriate in-house supervision

Qualifications

Masters Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling

Minimum of 2 years of Mental Health Counseling

License eligible (LCSW), LICSW or LCSW Preferred
