Insta360’s Los Angeles team oversees Marketing, PR, Business Development, Video Production, and Sales across North America. We are looking for an experienced Channel Marketing Manager to lead our channel strategy, build strong relationships with retail partners, and execute campaigns that drive product sales, brand awareness, and market growth. This individual will play a key role in expanding Insta360’s presence across multiple distribution channels, leveraging partnerships with key retailers and resellers to promote our innovative products and fast-growing brand. Other responsibilities include creating and developing marketing resources for channel customers and sales representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement marketing strategies and manage campaigns to boost reseller engagement, sales, and brand visibility.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales and marketing teams to ensure channel marketing aligns with company goals and global/regional strategies.
- Identify growth opportunities and create tailored marketing plans for different partner segments.
- Proactively outreach to new resellers to establish relationships, then work with sales team to secure the accounts.
- Collaborate with distributors and resellers to understand their needs and develop customized marketing plans.
- Provide training, support, and marketing tools to help partners execute successful campaigns.
- Work with event marketing team to secure opportunities for resellers to join key events.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with partners to drive shared success.
- Lead joint marketing campaigns, co-branded initiatives, and promotional activities.
- Manage all aspects of marketing campaigns, including content, digital marketing, events, and lead generation.
- Track campaign performance to optimize results and maximize ROI.
- Analyze performance data to inform marketing decisions and improvements.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing programs, report findings, and share insights with leadership and partners.
- Work closely with VP of Marketing to manage the marketing budget for channel programs and ensure cost-effective spending.
- Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Brand and other teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Share feedback from partners to help shape product development and marketing messaging.
Requirements:
- BS/MS in Marketing or applicable areas of study. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 3 years of experience in channel marketing or similar industry experience.
- Strong understanding of channel dynamics, including distribution models, partner relationships, and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborative, motivated and excels in team-oriented work style.
- Customer focused mentality and attention to detail.
- Experience working with a variety of marketing channels, such as digital marketing, content marketing, email campaigns, events, and social media.
- High energy, enthusiasm and excellent communication skills.
