Your Role :

  • Conduct individual psychotherapy using evidence-based techniques
  • Provide psychological assessments and treatment planning
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care
  • Mentor Psychological Associates (if applicable)
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards
  • What We’re Looking For :

  • Current California Licensed Psychologist
  • Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
  • Strong diagnostic and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Experience within the Workers' Compensation system (preferred, not required)
  • Bilingual a plus
