Customer Service/ Support Staff/ Agent

Insurance King is looking for a career minded person that can provide exceptional customer service to our clients with the desire to grow within the company. This position will be in our well established office at 1225 W Loucks Ave, Peoria IL. Must be able to multi task with extreme accuracy and work well with others. Full time position with benefits. Paid Time off. Relocation possibilities down the road as we open 50 more office locations. We are a rapidly growing business with high possibility for advancement if earned. Company car provided when earned. Experience not necessary for the right person. . Must have reliable transportation and be responsible. Bi-lingual is also a big plus. We are filling this position in the next few weeks. Collection skills/experience or prior management experience are also a big plus. Bonus potential. All training and future licenses are paid by Insurance King. No out of pocket expenses. All new hires will become Licensed Agents. Our agents make an average of $50,000 to $70,000 per year.

Previous store management or sales experience a big plus.

Duties:

• Greeting and seating customers
• Answering phone calls
• Prep or side work
• Preparing bill and processing payment
• Reconciling daily cash transactions
• Call cancelled clients for reinstatement
• Quoting new policies
• Making changes on current policies
