Insurance Lounge is seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Manager for our Grants Pass, OR location. Previous management, insurance license & industry experience, customer service, comfort with technology, strong verbal and written communication skills along with a great attitude are required to apply.
The primary duties of the Customer Service Supervisor include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting clients, attending to client requests in-store and over the telephone
- Assist agents with appointments, renewals, & new sales
- Supervise the customer service team and address any issues that may arise
- Review & analyze company performance metrics and propose plans to address any issues
- Setting individual & team goals for the customer service team and conduct performance reviews
- Identify training gaps within the customer service team, conduct necessary training, with emphasis on sales and direct communication
- Oversee and participate with client customer service interactions
- Build a strong local network through excellent customer service and referrals.
- Primary point of contact and organize scheduled office closures (phones, door signs, staffing, etc)
- Assist the Executive Team with requested tasks
