Title: Personal Lines W2 Producer (Sales Agent)
(Hybrid): (1-2 of days in office) | (Location/Based out of Jupiter, FL or West Palm Beach, FL or Ft. Lauderdale, FL.) | Experience: Quoting and Binding Personal Lines Policies
Please note: If this position is posted as either fully remote and/or hybrid, in accordance with company policy, individuals residing within a 50-mile radius of a branch location may be required to work onsite in a hybrid capacity. About the Role: Responsible for interacting with clients on complex accounts, devising creative solutions for coverage and costs. This role will exercise discretion and judgment on significant accounts, including negotiating pricing, interviewing clients, and analyzing information. This role will also implement company policies based on client circumstances, assist producers with cross-selling personal lines to commercial agents, handle new VIP accounts, and negotiate with underwriters. Responsibilities will also include quoting, participating in outside sales, seminars, and acting as the Carrier liaison.
Key Responsibilities
The expected pay range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000 per year, depending on experience, relevant skills, and geographic location.

- State required active licensing
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
