Insurance Sales Agent/ Customer Service Rep

Customer Service/ Sales Agent:
IPG is searching for a customer service/Sales rep to join their team. As a team member of IPG you will Service all lines of insurance including auto, home, Commercial and life insurance. We are seeking an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience

Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in Rex, GA. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities: Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and World Class customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

• Property & Casualty license (For Sales Position not Customer Service)
• Life and Health license (For Sales position Not Customer Service)
