ISG is growing and we are looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join our team! As a Commercial Lines Account Executive you would be responsible for handling your own book of business, including new and renewal business. *No selling required*
- Prepare new and renewal commercial lines submissions, remarketing coverage as needed
- Participate in developing carrier marketing strategies, to include cultivating and maintaining good relationships with various insurance carrier representatives
- Input policy information, updates, and client billing info into agency software
- Adhere to all procedures and documentation policies
- Issue Certificates of Insurance, EOIs, Auto ID Cards, and answer customer questions, as needed
- Process incoming policies and prepare for delivery to customers
- Conduct risk reviews to ensure the adequacy of client coverage

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Kansas Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in handling a commercial lines book of business
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Extensive knowledge of commercial lines coverages and rating platforms
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Solid analytical skills and the ability to stay organized
- Ability to work independently and make decisions while demonstrating good judgement
- Goal oriented and self-motivated with exceptional time management skills
