Overview
InsureWise, LLC is seeking to add another Commercial Insurance Account Manager to our team! This position will collaborate with the agency producer to eventually service and manage a book of commercial lines insurance accounts. The ideal candidate for this role will have a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License and/or 2 years experience working in Commercial Insurance.
Responsibilities
- Quoting & binding of commercial policies (such as General Liability, Workers’ Compensation, Builder’s Risk, Business Auto, etc.) for assigned accounts.
- Analyzing accounts to ensure clients have the appropriate coverages and making coverage recommendations to clients.
- Completing the renewal process prior to the expiration of a client’s policy, including reaching out to the client to obtain all needed documentation and obtaining renewal quotes to present to the client.
- Adding endorsements to policies when needed.
- Issuing Certificates of Insurance to certificate holders and upon request.
- Preparing and delivering all applicable documents to clients.
- Following up to make sure documents are received and have been completed.
- Maintain client relationships by phone and email, and through in-person meetings when necessary.
- Contacting insurance carrier representatives when necessary.
- Staying well documented throughout all processes including quoting, binding, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, etc.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in AgencyPro, our agency management system.
- Advise and collaborate with Producer to solve issues that may arise on accounts.
- Respond to all client and prospect inquiries timely
- Scanning appropriate documents and saving into clients’ folders.
- Answering phones when necessary.
- Other relevant tasks as assigned by Management.
Qualifications
- Bi-Lingual
- Proven experience in P&C insurance required
- Proficiency in analyzing insurance policies and coverage options
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer applications required
- College degree is desired
- P&C Insurance License desired
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus

Schedule
- Monday-Friday
