Overview:
Integer Technologies is seeking a full-time HR & Administrative Assistant in Baton Rouge to support our Human Resources department and local site operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and eager to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will play a key role in keeping the Baton Rouge office running smoothly while also contributing to broader HR initiatives across the company.

Key Responsibilities / Task List:
- Assist with onboarding documentation and coordination
- Maintain accurate employee records and filing systems
- Support scheduling of interviews and meetings
- Prepare materials for training sessions or HR communications
- Support employee engagement initiatives (surveys, communications)
- Plan and attend company social events (e.g., employee gatherings, celebrations, team-building activities)
- Coordinate logistics for events and meetings, including setup/tear-down, refreshments, and supplies
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Provide general administrative and operational support as needed
Additional Baton Rouge Site Responsibilities:
- Serve as point of contact (POC) for Integer headquarters HR and IT teams
- Maintain inventory of Integer-branded merchandise, IT equipment, and office supplies
- Manage office security, including keycard tracking and distribution for new hires and visitors
- Act as liaison with local building management for facility access, maintenance, and janitorial needs
- Handle mail and package shipping/receiving for the site
- Ensure break room and restrooms remain stocked with necessary supplies
- Coordinate QPR logistics (e.g., order and pick up food, secure parking passes, reserve rooms)
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred (HR, Business, or related field)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to coordinate and participate in social events
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Dependable, proactive, and collaborative
Supervisor / Reporting:
- Reports to the Director of Human Resources
- Collaborates with local management and the broader Finance & Admin team
