Responsibilities
- Perform pre-chart vitals and prepare the Provider for each patient before they perform on-site screening and clinical assessments to determine appropriate patient treatment plans of residents at client facilities
- Act as Scribe while Provider performs age-appropriate history and physical for complex acute, critical, and chronically ill perioperative patients
- Assist with the provision of care in accordance with facility, state, and federal regulations
- Under the guidance of the Provider, the candidate will assist with monitoring the effectiveness of interventions
- Assist under the guidance of the Provider in educating family members, clients, and prospective accounts regarding services and programs
- Assists with the development and maintenance of physician relations, as assigned
- Other Duties as assigned by Medical Director
