Ideal candidate will be responsible for calling and handling prospective new hires daily. As well as the smooth running of an office through a variety of administrative and clerical duties. Candidate should be able to handle office schedules, coordinate meetings and visits, organize files, answer phones, etc.
Responsibilities
- New Hire Paperwork/ Process
- Schedule New Hire Orientations
- Set up computers/electronic devices for new nurses
- Create New Hire Folders For Nurses
- Answer incoming calls and direct calls to appropriate personal
- Maintain communication with patients, pharmacies, and nurses
Requirements
- Must have a high degree of proficiency with computers and applications
- Strong customer service background necessary
- Exceptional communication skills
- Great attitude, attention to detail, problem solver
- Highly motivated & organized individual
Availability
Monday-Friday
8hr Day Time Shift
9AM-5PM
Rates
Job Type: Full Time
- Starting Rate $20 per hour
