Our Sales Force and Distributors promote our innovative LED lighting systems. Our Inside Sales Representatives complement our Sales Force by exceeding Customer Service expectations.
What to Expect:
As an Inside Sales – Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the oversight of incoming project-based orders in our LED lighting business. This role will have accountability for project related activities from first order through final installation of the product including processing customer orders, internal planning and scheduling, coordinating product releases, and customer communication. This is an on-site position in Morris, CT.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage new and existing customer accounts from request for quotation through shipment of product including quoting, entering sales orders, coordinating product releases, and updates.
- Support outside and inside Sales Teams, Independent Representatives, and Distributors through sample requests and order shipment information.
- Answer inbound sales and customer service calls relating to our products and accessories as well as general information requests.
- Effectively communicate with various Teams regarding orders and other customer requests.
- Enter new projects in Salesforce and maintain all the data.
- Complete follow ups on quotes.
- Assist with quarterly reporting.
- The ability to multi-task is essential.
- The ability to work overtime as needed.
