What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitor/Custodian position at Integrated Magnetics?
Janitor/Warehouse Worker
Major duties include but are not limited to:
Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, removing rubbish, maintaining the outside appearance of building, and landscaping.
Duties may include performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs, and cleaning debris from sidewalk.
The worker may be requested to work in the warehouse packaging and lifting objects as janitorial duties are finished for the day as needed.
- At least a high school diploma
- Be able to stand for long periods and lift objects up to 60 pounds
- Be willing to work long hours
- Needs to pass a drug test and background check
In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
