What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Coordinator/Receptionist position at Integrated Med Spa?
Integrated Med Spa is a well established Medical Spa serving South Davis county for over 20 years. We pride ourselves in an exceptional patient experience and have a warm, inviting environment in one of the fastest growing Med Spa's in Davis County. With this expansion we are looking for a front desk leader who can work Mon-Wed each week as a front desk coordinator. This position would average 20 hours weekly. Ideally we'd like someone who has flexibility to cover other days of the week occasionally when our other front desk coordinator is out of town or sick. Pay is very competitive for this type of position and you also get free and discounted services at the Med Spa (massage, facials, etc. as well as free and discounted services at the chiropractic/physical therapy practice downstairs). It's a very relaxed environment with fantastic people.

- Previous experience working in a day spa/med spa and sales experience is preferred

Some of the daily tasks involved in this role include;
- Greeting clients
- Answering the phone
- Scheduling clients
- Collecting payments
- Laundry
- Stocking rooms
- Taking inventory
- Goal setting and selling
The ideal candidate would be dependable, outgoing, great at multi-tasking, detail oriented, professional in appearance, and a team player. Must have at least 1 year experience in customer service, excellent phone skills and be customer service oriented. Must be available for monthly paid team meetings and training. We work closely with the doctors and patients at Integrated Wellness, and are located within the same clinic (upstairs).
