Job Summary
The People Operations Partner is responsible for working with the Chief People Officer in handling various aspects of human resources management in the organization. The People Operations Partner will undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like onboarding new team members, point of contact for team member questions, administering benefits, recruiting, training and development, team member engagement and various other tasks.
Duties/Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee recruitment processes.
- Implement training & development initiatives.
- Oversee the new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and offboarding processes.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies and processes.
- Undertake various cyclical tasks such as performance reviews and required reporting.
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, such as time to hire and team member turnover rates.
- Organize team building activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Assist with safety and fleet management.
- Other Duties as assigned.
- Process Certified Payroll
- HRIS Knowledge
- State and labor tax knowledgeable
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or equivalent, preferred.
- 7 years’ experience in human resources
- SHRM- CP, preferred.
- Paycor preferred
- Highly motivated, self-sufficient, innovative, and reliable
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving, and organizational planning skills.
- Ability to actively listen and to balance conflicting points of view.
- High EQ with ability to engage effectively with all team members, respecting differences, and varied backgrounds. Discretion and integrity. Ability to establish a high level of trust and credibility across the company.

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift to 15 pounds occasionally.
