i3 is seeking a seasoned and autonomous Security Analyst to join our dynamic team supporting a US Army Project Office. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and trusted professional capable of leading new projects with minimal supervision. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of a wide range of security disciplines, including foreign disclosure, physical security, information security, operations security, personnel security, and industrial security. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing concise, high-impact briefings to executive leadership on short notice and will demonstrate a deep commitment to protecting national security interests. This position is located at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL.

- Manage and enforce access protocols for controlled and restricted areas.
- Develop, refine, and implement access control procedures in coordination with senior management.
- Maintain meticulous entry and exit records for all personnel, visitors, and vendors.
- Monitor CCTV and live video feeds to ensure facility security.
- Develop and disseminate comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly security reports.
- Conduct thorough investigations into security incidents to determine root causes, assess the impact of compromises, and prevent future information loss.
- Plan, coordinate, and lead integrated product team meetings and functional security interchanges.
- Serve as a technical security expert on federal contracts, providing critical input during pricing, negotiations, and throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform risk-based vulnerability assessments of facilities to ensure the safety of personnel and property.
- Develop and implement countermeasures utilizing the latest risk management tools and technologies.
- Coordinate and direct emergency and disaster response operations.
- Create, maintain, and manage all personnel security files and ensure contractor compliance with the National Industrial Security Program (NISP).
- Conduct regular inspections of contractor facilities and negotiate formal security agreements.
- Develop and deliver security training programs to personnel on topics including espionage and sabotage awareness.
- Execute additional duties as required to protect national security information, military systems, and critical infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s degree in security, or a related field. Additional experience may substitute for degree.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in the security field.
- Travel Up to 25%
- Must have current Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Strong preference for candidates with prior experience supporting the MDA or missile test data environments, including familiarity with data flow, system integration, or analysis processes unique to test missions.
- Strong understanding of data management principles, including ingestion, parsing, cataloging, and metadata validation.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with scripting languages such as Python or R for data preparation and analysis.
- Working knowledge of metadata standards, data dictionaries, and validation procedures.
- Experience developing dashboards and visual reports in Power BI or Tableau.
- Ability to analyze data quality and performance metrics to identify process bottlenecks or anomalies.
- Strong communication skills; capable of translating technical data findings for non-technical audiences and leadership.
- Understanding of data governance policies, retention schedules, and secure handling of classified information.
- Collaborative and analytical mindset with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a mission-driven environment.
