Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant/LPN to join our healthcare team. This role involves providing high-quality patient care in the outpatient outpatient clinic setting.
The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Conduct patient assessments including vital signs, physical examinations, and health histories using EMR/EHR.
- Assist with diagnostic evaluations such as specimen collection/processing, laboratory testing, and medical imaging procedures.
- Administer injections, medications, phlebotomy
- Document all patient interactions accurately in compliance with HIPAA standards and
Qualifications
- Valid LPN license or Medical Assistant certification required; additional certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS), ACLS, or PALS preferred.
- Previous experience with EMR/EHR eClinicalWorks preferred but not required; proficiency in ICD-9/ICD-10 coding and CPT coding is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, pharmacology related to medication administration and diagnostic evaluation.
- Experience working with Cardiology patients preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills for patient education and team collaboration; compassionate approach toward patient-centered care.

Pay: $16.00 - $26.00 per hour
