Compensation: $19/hour to start — performance-based increase to $21/hour after 2 months
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6am–2pm PST occasional weekends during events

This team is on a mission to help millions of people transform their knowledge into thriving businesses — and they’re looking for a Customer Support & Retention Specialist who’s ready to help drive that mission forward.
This is a full-time, on-site role supporting one of the fastest-growing online platforms in the knowledge commerce industry. You’ll be working alongside a team that’s passionate about impact, obsessed with user experience, and ready to scale their reach in 2025 and beyond.
🧠 What You’ll Be Doing
This is more than a support role — it’s about empowering customers and helping them stay committed to the programs and tools that can change their lives.
You’ll be on the frontlines across live chat, email, phone, and Zoom — answering questions, troubleshooting tech issues, and creating a positive, energizing experience for every user you interact with.
You'll also support the retention team by handling failed payments, helping customers get back on track, and proactively providing solutions that keep them moving forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide responsive, friendly customer support across chat, email, phone, and Zoom
- Assist with account management, billing issues, feature walkthroughs, and technical troubleshooting
- Collaborate with the retention team to reduce cancellations and address payment issues
- Maintain detailed documentation of all interactions in the CRM system
- Deliver a positive and motivational experience that keeps customers engaged and committed
- Stay aligned with internal training and evolving best practices
🎯 What We’re Looking For
This role is built for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments — someone who’s energized by problem-solving, clear communication, and delivering wow-level customer experiences.
You’ll Be a Fit If You:
- Have 1–3 years of experience in customer service, retention, or tech support (SaaS or digital product background preferred)
- Are highly proficient with CRMs like HubSpot or Go High Level
- Communicate clearly and professionally across chat, phone, email, and Zoom
- Are skilled at de-escalating tense conversations and turning problems into solutions
- Are extremely detail-oriented and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Have a flexible schedule and can support occasional weekend work during launches or events
- Are based in Phoenix, AZ and available to work onsite in Scottsdale 4–5 days/week
💼 Compensation & Perks
- $19/hour starting rate
- $21/hour available after 2 months based on performance
