The Vice President Chief Nursing Officer assumes responsibility for the assessment, planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of programs, projects, or operations within his/her area of responsibility. * Masters degree in nursing, business, or health related field required

* Current licensure' as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state

* 7 years of progressive management experience

* Knowledge of current national healthcare policies and trends in political environment and leadership, management, and quality improvement concepts

* Must be able to communicate effectively in English

* This job requires the incumbents to operate an INTEGRIS-owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non INTEGRIS-owned) and therefore must have a current Drivers License from the state of residence, as well as a driving record which is acceptable to our insurance carrier
