Role Description:
Integrity IT is seeking a Senior IT Recruiter to provide recruiting support on an as-needed. This is a 100% remote role designed for a senior-level recruiter who prefers flexibility, autonomy, and outcome-based work rather than a traditional full-time schedule.
In this role, you will support the recruitment lifecycle for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions as client needs arise. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates while maintaining professional relationships with candidates. Engagements will be intermittent and driven entirely by active client demand, there may be extended periods with no active roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and qualify IT professionals across a range of technical disciplines
- Support end-to-end recruiting activities on assigned roles, from intake through placement
- Conduct detailed candidate assessments, including technical and experience-based screening
- Maintain consistent, professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and priorities
- Build and maintain long-term candidate relationships for future needs
- Accurately document candidate activity and submissions using agreed-upon recruiting tools or processes
Work Structure & Flexibility:
- Fully remote
- Engagement is role-based and as-needed, depending on client demand

Engagement Structure:

Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in IT or technical recruiting
- Deep working knowledge of IT roles, technical terminology, and staffing best practices
- Proven experience supporting full life-cycle recruiting efforts
- Strong ability to screen candidates against complex technical requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Experience using ATS platforms or recruiting tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Services, or a related field (preferred, not required)
