Schedule

  • Clinic and call
  • Full time
  • Week Day Clinic : Monday - Friday 8am - 4 : 30pm
  • Week Night Call : Monday - Thursday 5pm - 8am
  • 3 Weeks on-site and 1 week tele-med

    • Clinical Details

  • Clinic Volume : Approximately 15 visits / day
  • Clinic / Inpatient Rounding :

    • 1 week of inpatient rounding per month

  • Rotating weekly call : consultation rounding
  • Rotation between providers in clinic
  • No surgeries or procedures required
  • Clinical support : APPs

    • Requirements

  • Years of work experience : 1 year(s)
  • Case logs : 24 patients with illness related to the practice of Hematology within 12 months
  • Active MI License or IMLC
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • EPIC / Dragon
    • Receptionist - Hematology/ Oncology
