Week Night Call : Monday - Thursday 5pm - 8am
3 Weeks on-site and 1 week tele-med
Clinical Details
Clinic Volume : Approximately 15 visits / day
Clinic / Inpatient Rounding :
1 week of inpatient rounding per month
Rotating weekly call : consultation rounding
Rotation between providers in clinic
No surgeries or procedures required
Clinical support : APPs
Requirements
Years of work experience : 1 year(s)
Case logs : 24 patients with illness related to the practice of Hematology within 12 months
Active MI License or IMLC
Board Certified or Board Eligible
EPIC / Dragon
